Pricing Options for Property Management Services
We have two options available with our full service property management services to lease and manage
OPTION ONE (Management):
We charge 7% per month to manage your home on a full-time service basis. (There is a minimum $150 monthly management fee). The homeowner also pays a one-time leasing commission fee when the home is leased and the tenant moves in. This commission is calculated at 3% of the first 12 month’s rent. This commission can be paid out of the first month’s rent from the tenant, if desired. The commission will be based on shorter periods of time if the owner agrees to a lease period of less than 12 months.
OPTION TWO (Lease Only):
We charge 6% for a lease listing only on the years total rent with no management of the home. We will lease your home for you, fully screen tenants and pay all of the commissions and fees out of the 6% fee charged. This commission is calculated at 6% of the first 12 months rent. We will market and advertise the home and complete all of the necessary paperwork. The homeowner will then take over the day to day management of their home once a tenant is placed.
